Feeders Pet Supply is a family-owned business that was founded in 1959 by animal lovers who wanted to provide high-quality pet products, at affordable prices. The company has grown quickly over the last 10 years, operates several stores across the Midwest and Southern region of the USA, and carries over 250 industry-leading pet food and supply brands.

Why an app?

The Challenge

Although 4 months is still a very short period, the app is already responsible for 13% of our total online sales. One key factor is the in-app conversion rate, which is 89% higher than our mobile website on average.

The app shows to be a great channel for making our most loyal customers even more loyal and engaged with our brand. We have seen the number of customer loyalty rise 44%, and the repeat purchase rate of users is much higher in-app.”
