About Etiket
Etiket is a luxury cosmetics brand based in Montreal, Canada that offers a wide range of skincare and beauty products in-store and online. As a Canadian brand, they recognized the need for their online store to support multiple languages to cater to their English and French-speaking customers.
Why an app?
The Etiket app is part of the omnichannel strategy since 2021, as it’s considered an essential online channel to serve their loyal customers. At that time the online shop and app were running on Lightspeed.
In 2022 Etiket migrated its webshop to Shopify including its App. One of the main requirements of the app was to support multi-language, seamless integration with the eCommerce backend and support Shopify features like gift cards, Booxie appointments, and Gorgias chat.
When we transitioned to Shopify we had to rebuild our App and JMango360 and JMango Vietnam went above and beyond to tackle the challenges of a bilingual app with a new loyalty program and extensive custom work on our site. All part of building a complete brand for our Etiket customers.
