This Privacy Policy outlines JMango Operation BV’s (“JMango360”, “we” or “us”) practices with respect to collecting, using and disclosing your information when providing our services (collectively, the “Services) and constitutes an integral part of JMango360’s Terms of Service (“Terms”, and collectively, the “Agreement”).
Our Services are designed to help Merchants (e.g. Magento/Prestahop/Lightspeed/BigCommerce webshop owners) to create and exploit a native iOS and Android App.
JMango360 operates as a SaaS platform, and has applied the ‘privacy by design’ principles. JMango360 has no access or insight in App users personal data.
We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting the privacy and security of:
– Individuals’ business information
Such as email address, name and telephone number (each individual, a “Contact/Lead”), which is collected and obtained at the JMango360 website or platform.
– Our Customers
Who created and/or published their native App via the JMango360 platform.
The term “you” shall refer to Contacts/Leads and Customers, as applicable.
We encourage you to read the Privacy Policy carefully and use it to make informed decisions. By using the Services, you agree to the terms of this Privacy Policy and your continued use of the Services constitutes your ongoing agreement to this Privacy Policy.

JMango360 Website and Platform
We may collect personally identifiable information about you, such as your full name, phone number and email address, when you register for an Account or Demo request. If you choose to purchase a product from us, our third-party payment processors will collect your payment information. We may send you promotional emails as well as service emails related to your account. You may opt out of certain promotional emails whenever you want. If you no longer wish to receive account-related emails, you may also opt out of them by using the opt-out option.
Cookies And Tracking Technologies:
Technologies such as: cookies, tags and scripts are used by JMango (e.g. advertising, marketing and analytics). These technologies may be used in analyzing trends, administering the Sites, tracking users’ movements around our website/platform and to gather demographic information about our user base as a whole. We use cookies to remember users’ settings as well as for authentication and analytics. Users can control the use of cookies at the individual browser level. If you reject cookies, you may still use our Sites, but your ability to use some features or areas of our Sites may be limited.
What type of information we collect
We collect two categories of information from our Contacts/Leads or Customers:
1. Non-Personal Information
The first category of information is un-identified and non-identifiable information gathered via use of our Website/ Platform (“Non-personal Information”). We are not aware of the identity of the User from which the Non-personal Information was collected. Such information includes the following:
– Technical information
Transmitted by your device, including certain software and hardware information (e.g. the type of browser and operating system your device uses, language preference, access time and the domain name from which you linked to the Services; etc.), in order to enhance the functionality of the Services and to provide you with a better user experience.
– Use of our Website/Platform
We may also collect information about how you use our website/platform, such as log files, User activity (e.g. pages viewed, the amount of time spent on particular pages, online browsing, clicks, actions, installs, etc.), time stamps, alerts, etc. This information is collected for amongst other things troubleshooting errors and bugs as well as for analytics purposes about your use of our website/platform.
2. Personal Information
The second category of information is information about you that specifically identifies you. Such information is collected as part of the following activities and includes the following items:
– Create Account/Download our Plugin/Become a customer
In order to download our Plugin, you will be required to register for our JMango360 platform. (e.g. through our Site). As part of the registration process, we will collect your full name, email address, billing address and telephone number. In addition, when you download our plugin or upgrade to a paying customer you will be requested to enter your payment information (e.g. your credit card number, PayPal account, etc.). We do not collect such information directly and the processing of such payment information is made by our trusted third party service providers.
Voluntarily provided information
We collect information which you provide us voluntarily. For example, when you respond to communications from us, performing a purchase through our Site, communicate with us via email or the Site or share additional information about yourself or about others through your use of the Services.
– App users personal data
All personal data of App users of our Merchants that have been transmitted through a App created by JMango360 will not be collected or accessible to us. The JMango360 apps are created in such a way that App Users personal data is only stored within the App and shared with the integrated webshop of our Merchant. So no Personal Identifiable Information of App users (like individual purchases) will be processed or stored by JMango360.
All generic app data like App revenue, downloads and other data will be collected by JMango360 for analytics purposes only and will never be shared with any third party. This to make sure our JMango360 Service can be improved and maintained.
– When you register or connect our Platform with your social network account or email services (each a “Platform”), we may have access to basic information about you from such Platform, such as your name, home address, email address, contact list, as well as any other information you made publicly available on such Platform or agreed to share with us. At all times, we will abide by the terms, conditions, and restrictions of such Platforms.
– If you agree to use JMango360’s referral program to invite friends to use JMango360, we will ask you for your friend’s name and email address. We will automatically send your friend a one-time email inviting them to visit the Site and install the Plugin.
Cookies
A cookie is a small data file that is sent to your device when you first visit a website. Cookies usually include an identification number that is unique to the device you are using. Such identifier can help us better understand our Users and how they are using the Site and the Services.
Cookies also enable recognition of a User when they re-visit the Site, keeping their settings and preferences and ability to offer customized features. If you prefer, however, at any time you can reset your browser so it refuses all cookies, or notifies you when a cookie is being sent.

We use the information we collect in the ways and for the purposes described above. We may also use such information in the following ways:
1. Contact/Lead data
We may use Contact/Lead data for the following purposes:
– To respond to contact/leads about JMango360 offerings and services.
– To respond to Contacts’ inquiries, support request, feedbacks or questions;
– To detect and prevent fraudulent and illegal activity or any other type of activity that may jeopardize or negatively affect the integrity of the Services;
– To investigate violations and enforce our policies, and as required by law, regulation or other governmental authority, or to comply with a subpoena or similar legal process or respond to a government request.
– To send commercial updates when Opt-in has been received Customer data
2. We may use Customer Data for the following purposes:
– To verify User’s registration to the Services and approve User’s email address;
– To provide our Services and help customers to launch their Native iOS and Android App while using our Platform.
– To respond to customer inquiries, support request, feedback or questions.
– To contact customers regarding invoices, subscription updates.
– To manage customer account and provide platform Users with support;
– To identify and authenticate customers access to the Services;
– To detect and prevent fraudulent and illegal activity or any other type of activity that may jeopardize or negatively affect the integrity of our service.
– To communicate with you and to keep you informed of our latest updates, upgrades, and products;
– To perform research or to conduct analytics in order to improve and customize our Services to your needs and interests; and
– To investigate violations and enforce our policies, and as required by law, regulation or other governmental authority, or to comply with a subpoena or similar legal process or respond to a government request.
Our third parties and where we use them for:
We don’t share your information with third parties. We may share and disclose your information, if we believe in good faith that such disclosure is necessary or required: (i) to comply with a law, regulation, governmental or securities exchange requirement, court order, judicial proceeding or legal process, such as a subpoena or a search warrant; (ii) to address a violation of the law; (iii) to investigate fraud or criminal activity, and to protect our rights or those of our affiliates, vendors and Users, or as part of legal proceedings affecting or may affect us or our affiliates, vendors or Users; and (iv) to allow JMango360 to exercise its legal rights or respond to a legal claim.
We may also share your information in the following ways, and for additional purposes, as follows:
1.Contact/Leads
We may share data which are related to contacts/leads with our trusted solution and technology partners, when the contact/lead has given permission to do so.
At any time, you may decide to opt-out from our contact/lead database.
2. Customer Data
We may share customers Personal Information with the following recipients: (i) our subsidiaries; (ii) subcontractors and other third-party service providers (e.g. payment processors, hosting services, etc.); (iii) auditors or advisers of our business processes; and (iv) any potential purchasers or investors in JMango360.
Links to other websites
This Privacy Policy applies only to our Services and not to websites or applications owned by third parties.
We may provide links to other websites (e.g. through advertisements, marketing materials, etc.) which we believe may be of interest to you. We cannot guarantee the privacy standards of such websites to which we link or be responsible for the contents of sites and this Privacy Policy is not intended to be applicable to them.
You are knowingly and voluntarily assuming all risks of using third-party sites. You agree that we shall have no liability whatsoever with respect to such third party sites and your usage of them.
Your choice about your information
You can contact us directly via legal@jmango360.com. We will respond to your request to access within 30 days.
We will retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you services. We will retain and use your information as necessary to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes and enforce our agreements. For customer data this is a legal period of 7 years.
We respect your privacy rights and therefore you may contact us at any time and we shall work diligently to respect your choices and requests regarding your Personal Information.

If you are not satisfied with our response or believe we are collecting or processing your Personal Information not in accordance with the laws, you can complain to the applicable data protection authority.
Retention
Personal Information will be retained by JMango360 in such a way that you can be identified only as long as is necessary for JMango360 to provide the Services and to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes and enforce our agreements. This period is currently set at 7 years.
Contact/Lead data (created free account, installed plugin) will be retained also for a period of 7 years to provide the Services and to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes and enforce our agreements.
How do we safeguard and transfer your information?
We take great care in implementing and maintaining the security of the Services and your information. We employ industry standard procedures and policies to ensure the safety of your information and prevent unauthorized use of any such information. Although we take reasonable steps to safeguard information, we cannot be responsible for the acts of those who gain unauthorized access or abuse our Services, and we make no warranty, express, implied or otherwise, that we will prevent such access.
Since we operate globally, it may be necessary to transfer your Personal Information to countries outside the European Union. (We have offices in Vietnam, Australia, United States) The data protection and other laws of these countries may not be as comprehensive as those in the European Union − in these instances we will take steps to ensure that a similar level of protection is given to your Personal Information. You hereby consent to transfer of your Personal Information to countries outside the European Union.

Marketing
We may use contact/lead ’ Personal Information, such as names and email addresses, ourselves for the purpose of providing our contacts/leads with promotional materials and newsletters concerning our Services, which we believe may interest them.
Out of respect to their right to privacy, at any time, contacts/leads are able to opt-out /unsubscribe and discontinue receiving marketing offers by using the opt-out function.
Our carefully selected partners and service providers may process personal information about you on our behalf as described below:

We periodically appoint digital marketing agents to conduct marketing activity on our behalf, such activity may result in the compliant processing of personal information. Our appointed data processors include:

In the event of the above, the acquiring company or transferee will assume the rights and obligations as described in this Privacy Policy.
Changes to this policy
JMango360 reserves the right to modify this Privacy Policy from time to time, so please review it regularly. If we make material changes to this policy, we will notify you here, by email or by means of a notice on the Site’s homepage prior to the changes becoming effective.
