Why did your store need a Shopping App?

“I believe that to stay successful, you always have to be up to date and offer the best possible shopping experience. More and more visitors and purchases come in via mobile. You cannot ignore a whole generation that does everything on their phone. We want to offer the best service we can, enhance the experience and the ease of mobile shopping. A mobile App is much faster and easier to use than a mobile website. Especially an App with native technology is more intuitive and offers an easier checkout, which reduces shopping cart abandonment. We want our sneaker fans to stay informed about our collection via push notifications and increase loyalty. A good App can do all that.”

What made you choose JMango?

“Initially, we were approached by a party that wanted to make a custom-made App, but the costs were much too high compared to our expectations. Since we still were convinced of the advantage of an App, we went to meet JMango at a fair. JMango appealed to us because of the low investment and the swiftness with which we would be able to launch the App. We were done within weeks, and the App had our own look and feel. By now, we have three times more mobile revenue, 187% increase in repeat purchases, and 150% higher conversion per user. We were very surprised by the great results because we didn’t have any expectations, really. At first, we only intended to make our investment for the App back because we just saw it as an extra service for our customers. But yeah, the results totally blew us away. With a small investment, we gained maximum return. Because of the success, we are now launching several Apps in different languages.”
